Acceptance of Terms: By using the BigBoss Label platform, whether for music upload or e-commerce transactions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Grant of Rights for Music and Content  Upload: 

1. By uploading your songs to BigBoss Label, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your songs for the purpose of monetizing and allowing users to download them freely.
2. You are solely responsible for any content  and music you post on Friend Zone and BigBoss Label.
3. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
4. BigBoss  reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions.

1. E-commerce Transactions: Users may sell commodities, including beats, music instruments, and other related items, through the BigBoss Label e-commerce platform. Sellers retain ownership of the products they list.

2. Monetization: BigBoss Label may monetize songs and e-commerce transactions through various means, including but not limited to, streaming, downloads, sales, advertising, and partnerships. Revenue generated will be subject to our revenue-sharing agreement.

3. Ownership and Control: You retain all ownership rights to your songs and products. BigBoss Label does not claim ownership of the content you upload. You have the right to remove your content from our platform at any time, subject to the terms of any ongoing agreements.

4. User Downloads: Users may download songs freely for personal use. Commercial use, distribution, or reproduction of downloaded songs outside the platform is strictly prohibited without the express permission of the rights holder.

5. E-commerce Transactions Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for accurately representing their products, fulfilling orders, and addressing customer inquiries. BigBoss Label is not liable for transactions conducted outside the platform.

6. Copyright Compliance: You must ensure that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content you upload and the products you sell. We reserve the right to remove any content or products that violate copyright laws or BigBoss label terms.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold BigBoss Label harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of these terms, e-commerce transactions, uploads and downloads, or any third-party claims related to your content or products.

8. Modification of Terms: BigBoss Label reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
   
   

9. Fees and Royalties: When you use BigBoss Label, remember that we might charge a fee for transactions when you receive distribution royalties. Also, the royalties you get could change based on any updates to our website and only take precedence when in distribution. We can adjust the rates to match these changes. By using our services, you agree to these possible adjustments in the royalty rates. BBL will deduct transaction handling fees not exceeding 15% depending on system operations and developments prevailing.

10. Copyright Compliance: By using the BigBoss label, users agree not to upload copyrighted material without proper authorization. BigBoss is not liable for user-generated content and assumes users have obtained the necessary permissions.

11. BigBoss Label confidentiality: BigBoss Label will safeguard user privacy and confidentiality. Under no circumstances will any user data or information be shared, or disclosed to third parties. Your trust is paramount.
12. User Conduct:
    a. You agree to use Friend Zone only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
    b. You will not use Friend Zone to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
    c. You will not upload or share any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others.
13. Privacy:
    a. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use Friend Zone.
    b. By using Friend Zone, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
    a.BigBoss label owns all rights, title, and interest in and to Friend Zone, including all intellectual property rights.
    b. You may not use any of BigBos's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
15. Termination
    a. BigBoss label may terminate or suspend your access to Friend Zone at any time, with or without cause.
    b. Upon termination, your right to use Friend Zone will cease immediately.
16. Governing Law
